CMHA Mid-Season Feedback

Hi Chebucto,

 

It's just 2 weeks into 2025 and the hockey season is at the mid way point. 

At this time we'd invite our membership to submit some mid-season feedback using the following form.

Your feedback is very important to us as we seek to continuously improve to provide the best hockey experience possible for our players. 

Please also note that "Positive" feedback ( i.e. - things that are particularily good and we should continue) is just as important as "Negative" (i.e. - opportunities for improvement).
