To all Chebucto families,

 As we are just two weeks away from the beginning of Competitive Evaluations for the 2023/ 2024 season, I wanted to provide you with some helpful information leading up to the start.

First, the Evaluation Policy has been updated for this year, and is included in the email. This document will also be posted on our website. Please take a look through it if you are interested in how things will play out, or aren't sure of anything related to evaluations.

2023 Evaluation Policy UPDATED

 Second, after careful consideration, we have decided to allow spectators back into the rink(s) to watch evaluations. With this, we have come up with a Spectator Policy, also included in this email. All parents and guardians should take the time to read this carefully so that they are aware of the expectations that they are to follow, and what happens if these expectations are not adhered to. This document will also be posted on our website as well.

Spectator Policy 2023 

Finally, the start up dates for each age group are as follows:

 U11: September 23

U13: September 15

U15: September 28

U18: TBD (finalized after U18 Major/ U16AAA/ HS evaluations)

 As we move closer to these dates, more detailed schedules and initial groupings will be communicated.

Good afternoon,

The deadline for registration for Recreation (U11 to U18) is one week from today, Friday, September 8th.

There will be at $50 late fee for any registrations after this date.  We need to have all registrations in place by the 8th of September to allocate ice for the season, which is based on registration numbers.

Last month, three U11 Chebuto players played in the HOA hockey tournament in Vermont. They won the Silver Medal.

Hi folks,

Due to a scheduling error the 8 PM U15/18 session tonight (Block 1 Group 1 U15_18) at CIVIC arena has been cancelled and will be rescheduled. 

Anyone who cannot attend the make up date will be refunded for the session. Apologies for the inconvience!!
